Serving as president of Dragone Realty Investments, Vito Dragone delivers multifamily real estate solutions spanning the acquisition, management, and rehab of multifamily communities. Focused on the Washington, D.C. metro area, Vito Dragone oversees a multidisciplinary team that provides investors with a comprehensive vetting of real estate opportunities.

Since 2006, Mr. Dragone’s firm has guided the acquisition and renovation of property assets valued at more than $750 million. Over that span, he has enhanced residents’ lifestyles in these communities through $100 million committed to exterior and interior rehabilitations. This represents around 9,000 units across the D.C. metro area.

An industrial management graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Dragone began his career in real estate with the Oxford Realty Financial Group. He oversaw the roll-up of a 165 multifamily property portfolio and managed a portfolio spanning communities in five states. Vito Dragone also provided analysis that enabled the $340 million acquisition of Oxford by AIMCO, and he stayed on with the new firm as a consultant.
